A Call for Candidates running for Board of Director Positions on NJAST:
NJAST will be holding elections at our annual Fall Conference in 2012 to be held at Sanford Brown Institute, Iselin, NJ.
Open positions will be:
Board Member (3 positions available) - each 2 year terms
Eligibility of Officers / Directors:
A candidate shall have been an active member for one year immediately preceding nomination and, if elected, shall maintain that active status.
Other than submitting the required curriculum vita and consent to serve, one year of active membership in the state asssembly is the only eligibility criteria that will be considered by the Credentials Committee for the BOD position. Additionally, a candidate for the office of President shall have served at least one full term as a director or officer during the previous six years on the BOD.
